Lewis and Clark Community College (L&C)

L& Community College is a national and state award-winning two-year higher education institution with multiple campuses in Illinois. It has a unique river research center, Community Education Centers and training centers that reach into seven counties. The college is dedicated to public engagement, from “greening” the campus, reducing the college’s carbon footprint and providing technical assistance in sustainable practices and education, to delivering affordable health care to underserved populations throughout the district.

Lincoln Land Community College is the largest community college district in Illinois in terms of land mass. It comprises all or parts of 15 counties in Central Illinois and covers 4,115 square miles.
