General Assistantship (2080-2024)

Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with frequent interruptions. 

Position Description

This position will support the mission of the Office of the Registrar. The candidate will assist Records staff with daily operations and services. This includes but is not limited to: processing transcripts, enrollment certifications, degree verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse, assisting Graduation staff, imaging and archiving documents. The candidate will directly work with students in a customer service capacity and will help monitor phones and office email inboxes. Other duties may be assigned as needed in the unit.
